Parent Relief
Bob Rumball Association for the Deaf offers parent relief program one weekend per month as well as on holidays, march beak and summer holidays for children youth and adults who are deaf with developmental delay. PAH! Mental Health Services for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children and Youth (Milton)
PAH is a partnership of the Bob Rumball Association for the deaf, CATC and The Griffen Centre. This is a pilot project funded by the Ministry of Community and Social Services. This service was long needed for the deaf and hard of hearing individuals and their families, as hearing Mental Health services could not communicate with the deaf and did not have experience in working with deaf people. This service covers Peel-Halton-Fufferin region and any individual who attends provincial schools in the area can also be served. For more details please contact PAH!
